However, it did not prove to be effective, and he was forced to undergo another transplant. And it was at that point that Bergit donated her kidney, saving the life of her spouse.
Niki Lauda death cause was kidney disease and he died at the University Hospital of Zurich. He died when he was 70 years. He was brought to the hospital after he suffered from a major health condition and was experiencing trouble breathing while on vacation with his wife and his children.
